🌿 Reiki Level 1 – Self-Mastery & Energy Awareness

• Reiki Level 1 is all about self-mastery—learning to connect with Reiki energy for self-healing, personal empowerment, and inner balance. This foundational level helps you develop energetic awareness, clear your own blockages, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.

🌿 Reiki Level 2 – Healing Others & Animals

• Reiki Level 2 expands your healing abilities beyond yourself, allowing you to channel Reiki for animals, loved ones, and clients. You will learn additional ways to work with the Reiki symbols to amplify your healing work.

🌿 Reiki Level 3 – Distance Healing & Advanced Energy Work

• Reiki Level 3 focuses on distance healing and advanced energy work. You’ll learn how to send Reiki across time and space, work with the reiki stack, hand mudras, 5 polarities / elements of the energy system, trauma-informed reiki techniques, hands on healing techniques of other cultures, and deepen your connection to the universal life force.
