Hi, I’m Kiara Norwood, Reiki Master Teacher-Second Degree, spiritual mentor, and the visionary behind Energetically Aligned Healing. My work is devoted to supporting women, aspiring healers, and spiritually curious souls in clearing energetic blocks, deepening spiritual awareness, and reconnecting with their true calling through Reiki, sacred teaching, and intuitive guidance.
My path has been shaped by years of experience in clinical mental health, energy healing, and leadership, alongside a deeply personal journey of healing burnout, restoring balance, and answering a spiritual call. This lived experience allows me to guide others with compassion, discernment, and reverence for both the spiritual and human aspects of the healing path.
Through Reiki trainings, healing sessions, wisdom teachings, and spiritual mentorship, I create spaces for women to remember who they are, trust their intuitive authority, and step fully into their role as healers—whether that journey is personal, professional, or both.
