Our founder, Kiara Norwood, a former therapist with 5+ years of entrepreneurial experience, has crafted a unique mind-body-spirit approach that has helped countless women, creatives, and entrepreneurs overcome spiritual blockages and experience success. Our services are perfect for those seeking to pursue holistic healing, learn and grow spiritually, and seek guidance while navigating life transitions and stressors. EAH offers a range of services including trauma-informed spiritual life coaching, reiki energy healing, herbalism, tarot card readings, and numerology charting, while emphasizing working with diverse populations. As a holistic spiritual practitioner, we recognize the need for accessibility, so all of our services are offered virtually to meet the individual needs of the client, ensuring a personalized and meaningful experience. We see clients from any location.

This group pays specific homage to the concerns of women of color, but is open to women from all backgrounds and spiritual orientations, even if they are not currently entrepreneurs or creatives.

After becoming unblocked, our services can help you take the next steps to accomplishing success in your endeavors.

What types of services do you offer?

We offer trauma-informed spiritual coaching, reiki energy healing, herbalism, tarot card readings and numerology charting.

Do you offer virtual or in-person services?

All of our services are offered virtually to ensure maximum accessibility to clients in all locations.

Do you accept insurance?

No we do not.

Do you provide clinical psychotherapy/mental health counseling?

No we do not.

How do your services differ from clinical and mental health services?

We do not diagnose mental or physical health concerns or treat diagnosed mental or physical health disorders. We do not prescribe medication. The services we offer are spiritual remedies and alternative wellness therapies, not medical model treatment for diagnosed mental and physical health concerns. We do not take insurance. We are not practicing as licensed professional counselors. We do not see clients currently in crisis. Our services are not substitute for medical model treatment from licensed physicians and therapists. If you are in crisis, dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Our services are appropriate for those who are experiencing life transitions and stressors.
