It requires space — intentional, held, sacred space — where you can fully release what you have been carrying, receive what has been waiting for you, and integrate the truth of who you are becoming. EAH retreats are immersive healing experiences led by Kiara Norwood, designed to move you through a complete arc of transformation. Step out of your life and into your becoming.
The Retreat Framework
Every EAH retreat is held within a three-part sacred framework:
Release
We begin by creating safety — in the body, in the container, in the circle. What has been held too long is given
space to move. Energetic clearing, somatic release, and ancestral acknowledgment open the field.
Receive
From an emptied and opened space, we receive. Attunements, transmissions, teachings, and sacred practice
deepen the work. This is where the lineage pours in.
Integrate
Transformation without integration is incomplete. We close each retreat with intentional practices, reflection,
and community to anchor what has been received into the body, the life, and the path forward.
