WHAT WE DO:

Through virtual communal spaces, we build community, share resources, encourage one another, and provide reciprocated support. We pride ourselves in being a safe space for all women, especially women of color, navigating their spiritual journey.

OUR VALUES:

We value compassion, kindness, and acceptance. We believe in treating others with respect and dignity, regardless of their beliefs, backgrounds, or spiritual journey.

OUR MISSION:

Many women are currently experiencing a spiritual awakening but do not have a safe space to learn, grow, and practice healthy spirituality. We provide this space without unhealthy hierarchies and harmful spiritual belief systems that leave women feeling unempowered. Join our virtual gatherings to be inspired, grow spiritually, and learn skills to be healthy and successful.

About Our Founder's Spiritual Journey

REIKI MASTER TEACHER, KIARA NORWOOD, M.A.

Kiara is an ordained interspiritual minister (meaning, she sees truth in and practices more than one spiritual practice,) certified Reiki Master Teacher, certified coach, certified holistic practitioner, published writer, and former mental health therapist. Her spiritual journey has included training as a spiritual leader for 4 years, having over 10 years of ministry experience, founding and launching two spiritual organizations on two college campuses, and having served in numerous organizations geared toward spiritual development . She currently practices African diasporic and ancestral spirituality and traditions.

We do not use our belief systems to harm or hurt others. Instead, we promote personal & spiritual development, holistic health, self awareness, and ascension. We do not perpetuate marginalization against historically harmed populations such as Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color; LGBTQ+ folk, persons that experience disabilities, etc. We pride ourselves on being a safe community for growth and spiritual exploration.
