Reiki, as practiced within Energetically Aligned Healing, is a sacred yet grounded healing modality that supports emotional regulation, spiritual reconnection, and deep energetic restoration. Rooted in traditional Reiki principles while informed by trauma-aware insight and Divine Feminine healing wisdom, this work honors the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and ancestral memory.

Rather than simply promoting relaxation, Reiki in this space is approached as an initiation into deeper self-trust, intuitive awareness, and embodied healing presence. Each session and training is designed to create safety within the nervous system, clarity within the spirit, and alignment with one’s authentic path of service and wholeness.

Deepen your Reiki practice with  training designed to provide a customized and immersive learning experience. Whether you’re new to Reiki or looking to expand your skills, these sessions offer a supportive environment to connect with Reiki energy, receive attunements, and master hands-on healing techniques.

Training Format:

• 🔹 10 hour Training – Either via self paced video format,  one-on-one mentorship, or hybrid training and certification 
• 🔹 Location: Course and 1-on-1 are virtual (so they are accessible from any location!)

🌿 Reiki Level 1 – Self-Mastery & Energy Awareness

• Reiki Level 1 is all about self-mastery—learning to connect with Reiki energy for self-healing, personal empowerment, and inner balance. This foundational level helps you develop energetic awareness, clear your own blockages, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.

🌿 Reiki Level 2 – Healing Others & Animals

• Reiki Level 2 expands your healing abilities beyond yourself, allowing you to channel Reiki for animals, loved ones, and clients. You will learn additional ways to work with the Reiki symbols to amplify your healing work.

🌿 Reiki Level 3 – Distance Healing & Advanced Energy Work

• Reiki Level 3 focuses on distance healing and advanced energy work. You’ll learn how to send Reiki across time and space, work with the reiki stack, hand mudras, 5 polarities / elements of the energy system, trauma-informed reiki techniques, hands on healing techniques of other cultures such as Indigenous and African societies, and deepen your connection to the universal life force.
