The Opening — Reiki Practitioner Foundation: Bulid your energetic container. Learn the foundational principles, energetic hygiene, and nervous system awareness every healer must embody before going deeper.
The Entering — Egyptian Sekham Reiki Certification: Enter the lineage. A three-level initiatory journey rooted in Kemetic wisdom, Sekhmet, and Ma’at—culminating in Master Teacher certification.
The Becoming —Master Teacher Advancement: Go further. Rooted in the Usui/Raku Kei lineage, each degree carries its own attunement, its own initiation, and its own unfolding.

Kiara Norwood, M.A. is a wellness professional, certified Master Teacher in Usui/Raku Kei Reiki and Egyptian Sekhem-Seichim-Reiki, and trained in Somatic Therapy, Nervous System Regulation, and Internal Family Systems. She is currently pursuing her CYT-200 certification in Yoga and Ayurveda. Her teaching is transmitted from a combination of mentorship under elders, ancestral transmission, rigorous study, and formal and lived initiations.
